The kick-off internal meeting of the Life Respire Project

The internal kick-off meeting of the LIFE-RESPIRE Project was held in Rome, at the Earth Sciences Department of Sapienza University, on the 20th of September, 2017.

The meeting had the goal of giving personnel from all partners the opportunity to know each other and to outline all organizational aspects reported and approved in the Management Plan and Consortium agreement. The meeting lasted the entire day. After an initial presentation of each participant and their role in the project, the Project Coordinator presented the structure of the project, the role of communication among the partners, main deadlines and organization of the meeting. Subsequently, reference persons for each action were invited to speak and the Coordinator described the actions that could be linked together. The last part of the meeting was dedicated to the organization of activities that address impact, dissemination and networking.
